The expERIEnce Children's Museum continues to look for a new location that'll provide the space it needs to grow.

"There's only so much we can do within these walls," Executive Director Ainslie Brosig said.

The museum has called this building on french street home for the last 25 years, but Brosig said they're out growing it.

Just this year the museum has had 64,000 visitors, which is almost triple the attendance from five years ago.

They need room for field trips, exhibits and storage space.

Another reason to switch locations is to include exhibits older kids will enjoy.

"We typically don't see kids past 8 and that's on purpose because we have to limit how many kids we see based on the size of our building," Brosig said.

Brosig said the changes will be pricey, but worth it.

"We know this will be a big project for us, that will hopefully impact generation to come for the next 50 years," she said.

Brosig said the museum narrowed their choice for a new location to two places and will make an official announcement by next month.
