Warren County Convicted Killer's Appeal Denied
The Pennsylvania Superior Court has rejected a convicted Warren County killer's appeal of his life sentence.
Matthew White, 36, is in jail for shooting and killing his wife, Jessica, at their Chandlers Valley home in 2017.
White appealed his life sentence in part because prosecutors played a recording of White apparently confessing to the crime at his trial.
White later claimed two masked men shot his wife, but the jury did no buy it.
In the end, the Superior Court decided that White's life sentence will stand.
