To maintain safety for all vessels, waterway use will be restricted Thursday, Aug. 22 from 3 until 7 p.m. in the vicinity of the Parade of Sail route. The restrictions will continue through the weekend in the area of Dobbins Landing, Bayfront Convention Center and Cruise Terminal.
