Ultimate Dry Rub

  • 1 cup - Brown sugar
  • ¼ cup - Garlic powder
  • ¼ cup - Onion powder
  • 1/8 cup - Chili powder
  • ¼ cup - Cumin
  • 1/8 cup - Salt
  • 1/8 cup Pepper
  • 3 TBSP - Cayenne pepper
  • 2 TBSP - Chipotle Powder (optional)

Combined all ingredients. Use on Chicken, Beef, Pork, your children’s hamster…..oops.. wrong recipe.

Can be used prior to cooking as a rub, or after cooking as a flavor enhancer!

Nutella Smores Cookie Pizza


  • 6 ¼ cups water
  • ½ cup butter – melted
  • 2 packs dry active yeast
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 16 cups of flour


  • ¼ cup Nutella
  • ½ cup mini marshmallows
  • ¼ cup chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup cream cheese
  • 3 cookies (DoubleTree Cookie featured on Tailgate Thursdays; available at any Doubletree By Hilton)

Combined water, yeast and butter. Let sit for 30 minutes so yeast can activate. Mix salt into flour then add flour 4 cups of flour at a time. Let dough rise for at least one hour. Portion dough out to 8oz and let rise again. Roll out to desired pizza shape. Pre-heat and grease grill grates. Gently place pizza dough onto grill until you see edges starting to turn brown, then flip. Once the outside of the dough is set, you can start adding toppings, using the Nutella as the “sauce”. There is no right or wrong way to top this pizza. Unless you don’t top it at all, then we can’t be friends.
