It's going to be a very special birthday celebration Monday evening for a sick boy in North East.

Jericho Chadsey will get a chance to forget his health issues and enjoy the one thing he seems to love more than just about anything else - firetrucks.

Chadsey has been diagnosed with a rare and sometimes fatal condition called spinal muscular atrophy.

He loves the firetruck videos on his iPad and all his firetruck toys.

He's celebrating his third birthday, and dozens of fire companies are set for a birthday ride by the family's home in North East.

Fairfield Hose Company is expected to lead tonight's firetruck effort. They will be lining up along W. Main Rd. in North East around 6:30 p.m.
