An expert on senior care visited Brevillier Village Tuesday morning.

Adam Marles is the president and CEO of an association for nonprofit aging services called Leading Age PA.

Marles visited to discuss how best to care for seniors at Brevillier.

He said the industry has several challenges to address as the population ages, including funding for staff.

"We need to figure out how we can increase funding statewide, so that we have the workforce that our residents deserve," said Marles.

Leading Age PA represents more than 320 nonprofit senior housing, health care and community service groups across the state.
