Titusville Police arrested a woman and seized meth, marijuana and guns after their cruiser was nearly hit by another vehicle early Saturday morning.

It happened as police were heading westbound on W. Central Ave. when a sedan traveling southbound on N. Second St. failed to stop at a stop sign just after midnight.

Police stopped the vehicle in the 600 block of W. Central Ave. That's when officers in plain view saw a large, plastic zip lock bag with marijuana, according to police.

Officers then searched the vehicle and found illegal items including about four grams of meth, approximately a quarter-pound of marijuana, a box of unused plastic bags, a digital scale with residue, two loaded shotguns, and several pieces of drug paraphernalia, police said.

Ashley N. Kelly, 20, of Titusville, was arrested and charged with two felony counts of possession with the intent to deliver, two counts of possession of a controlled substance, one count of possession of drug paraphernalia, two counts of carrying loaded weapons, and one count of duties at stop signs.

She was arraigned and place in the Crawford County Prison with bond set at $35,000.
