Black Friday online sales are catching up with Cyber Monday.

Shoppers went online Friday and spent $7.4 Billion dollars, the second largest internet shopping day ever, just behind last year's Cyber Monday's $7.9 Billion dollars.

According to data compiled by Adobe Analytics, the average shopper spent $168, up nearly 6% over last year.

Adobe is predicting Cyber Monday will break all records, estimating sales at $9.4 Billion dollars.
