A gale warning is in effect this morning which could be a major problem for people living along the water.

It's problematic in North East, where residents have been flooded twice in three months. Residents say warm weather makes the problem worse.
There's no ice on Lake Erie, therefore, when the wind picks up it pushes the lake right on their property.

Jay McConaughy, a North East resident, said “we're just continually losing beach, any protection we have. So, any time I see a gale warning come up, until we get ice on that lake, I'm gonna be worried”
