Call for Suspicious Vehicle Leads to Drug Arrest in Titusville
A call for a suspicious vehicle led to a drug arrest in the City of Titusville Saturday night.
Randall Kinnear Jr., 34, of Titusville, was charged with a felony count of possession with intent to deliver, a count of marijuana possession and five counts each of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Police went to the 400 block of W. Elm St. around 8:14 p.m. when a person called to report a suspicious vehicle parked for nearly an hour with a man slumped over the steering wheel.
Officers said they found Kinnear unconscious but said he later became conscious and appeared to be under the influence of illegal drugs.
Police searched the vehicle and discovered meth, methadone, hydrocodone, amphetamine and marijuana, as well as a digital scale, syringe, numerous pipes with residue and other drug paraphernalia, according to investigators.
Kinnear was taken to the Crawford County Jail to await arraignment.
