The U.S. Census Bureau is looking to hire hundreds of thousands of Americans over the next few weeks to help with the 2020 Census. Some of those positions are available in Erie and Crawford Counties and hiring has already started.

Most of the jobs available are Census Takers, who will go to houses that haven't responded to the Census by mid-May. The bureau is offering $16/hour and people can work when they want up to 40 hours a week.

People can apply online by going to 2020census.gov/jobs or call (844) 467-2020. There are also various recruitment events throughout the area that people can apply at in person. No resume is required to apply.
