207 New COVID-19 Cases, Seventh Death Reported in Pa.; Statewide Total Increases to 851

The Pennsylvania Department of Health is reporting 207 new positive cases of COVID-19 and one additional death, increasing the statewide total to 851 cases in 40 counties as of midnight Tuesday.
Four of the cases are in Erie County. None have been reported in Crawford or Warren Counties at this time. There are now two cases i nearby Mercer County.
All people are either in isolation at home or being treated at the hospital.
The COVID-19 cases were reported from commercial, hospital and state labs.
8,643 patients have tested negative, and seven have died. With commercial labs being the primary testing option for most Pennsylvanians, data is not available on the total number of tests pending.
