USUALLY THIS TIME OF YEAR THERE'S about 20 DOGS AT KNICK'S Bed and Biscuit.
On Tuesday, there was only four.
THE OWNER RELIES ON PEOPLE TRAVELING, but BECAUSE OF CORONAVIRUS CONCERNS NOT MANY PEOPLE ARE DOING RIGHT NOW.

BRIAN AND TAMMY KNICKERBOCKER OPENED THIS DOG BOARDING BUSINESS A YEAR AGO.
The KNICKERBOCKERS ARE ALREADY SEEING PEOPLE CANCELLATIONS TRIPS AS LATE AS JUNE.

"With PEOPLE BEING LAID OFF AND unemployed, I THINK IT WILL TRICKLE DOWN THROUGH THE SUMMER TOO", says Tammy.
THEY'RE HOPING THE BUSINESS THEY HAD LAST YEAR WILL BE ENOUGH TO CARRY THEM THROUGH UNTIL THINGS return TO NORMAL.

"WE HAVE LOTS OF REPEAT CUSTOMERS BUT AS RIGHT NOW AREN'T GOIng ANYWHERE SO THEY DON'T NEED OUR SERVICES", explains brian. "BUT WE HAVE LOTS OF GOOD REVIEWS FROM LAST YEAR AND WE'LL JUST KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK. HOPEFULLY THINGS WILL PICK UP AGAIN SOON".

FOR NOW THE KNICKERBOCKERS ARE STAYING OPEN FOR ANYBODY STILL WORKING WHOSe PET MIGHT NEED A PLACE TO GO AND TRYING TO STAY POSITIVE UNTiL THIS PASSES.
