An area flooring company is now back on its feet after being closed for seven weeks because of the coronavirus pandemic.

Foulk's Flooring America is located in Crawford County, but draws customers from all around the region.

Its crews handle commercial, industrial and residential installations.

Safety precautions have been beefed up for crews installing flooring.

And for the showroom where cleaning is now a top priority.

Customers must wear masks.

And the number of customers in the showroom is limited.

So far no major opposition to to changes.

The company is trying to cope with the revenue lost during the shutdown.

Owner Mike Foulk said, "The cash flow is a big thing. You have to get started. Work with your vendors and banks. Luckily we got some lifelines through stimulus packages and through the government."

The business is now busy selling flooring and doing jobs for many loyal customers.

Managers hope that trend continues.
