As Erie stay in the green phase and bars and restaurants are open for indoor and outdoor dining, Doctor Becky Dawson says we can learn something from Pittsburgh.

"The Allegheny Department of Health has done a great job contact tracing and figuring out what are the behaviors and the gatherings that have led to this increase and it really has circled around bars and restaurants," says Doctor Dawson. 

SINCE PITTSBURGH DECIDED TO CLOSE DINING AGAIN AND THEY'RE SEEING CASES RISE ESPECIALLY IN THOSE WHO ARE YOUNGER WITH MILDER SYMPTOMS - DR. DAWSON SAYS YOUNG ADULTS AREN'T SAFE FROM GETTING SICK. 

"We've seen story after story of individuals from all over the world thinking they are indestructible but you don't know how your individual immune system will respond to the virus," says Doctor Dawson. 

AND TO KEEP YOURSELF SAFE FROM POTENTIALLY CATCHING THE VIRUS- THERE ARE SOME THINGS YOU NEED TO KEEP IN MIND

"The exposure we have outside of our own individual homes. We need to think about every time we enter a space with other people we're taking on other peoples risk," says Doctor Dawson.
