Coppola's Pizzeria: Giving You the Business

Coppola's Pizzeria has been a successful business for many years in Bemus Point, New York.
Owners opened an Erie location in January.
And business has been strong. The shop sells subs, wings and salads. but pizza is king.
The shop opened after extensive renovations. The building had been vacant. but for decades before, it was Luchetti's Pizzeria.
Owner Luke Andriaccio says that history has been a big help.
He said, "People know the location. People knew the address. It was easy."
Business has been good, despite the pandemic.
Andriaccio said, "We just went through a world wide pandemic and pretty much a recession. And we are still going strong. People have got to eat."
Still there are plenty of places to eat.
So what draws customers to Coppola's?
Perhaps the key is freshness.
While a lot of pizza shops use frozen dough, that is not the case at Coppola's.
It is made from scratch, several times each day.
Andriaccio said, "Everything is fresh, homemade dough, never frozen. We made dough 90 pounds at a time."
Owners think giving customers lot of choices is another plus.
