Fire crews are responding to a massive fire at a factory on Crescent Street Friday evening.

According to Jamestown Fire Chief Matthew Coon, the fire was first called in at 7 p.m.

The building houses a furniture refabricating facility inside. 

At least six companies are assisting the Jamestown Fire Department in battling the fire.

New York State Police said Route 394 between Winsor Street to Buffalo Street will be closed up to six hours.
