Pete Maas has worked at Ferrier's True Value off 26th street in Millcreek for more than 25 years.

“We’re a small shop. Couple of people, you learn to do every job in here, from waiting on customers to taking out the trash,” said Maas.

Pete says he feels like part of the Ferrier family.

“So 26th from Peninsula Drive would be going up here. That’s Sterretania and just to see what it looked like I mean there was nothing, it was just farm country,” said Andrew Ferrier, who is carrying on a family legacy.

Taking over after his grandfather and father more than 75 years after the business started.

“Essentially it was meant to help contractors, help builders and then got into working with the community” he said

It's a store known to carry unique items for homes and gardens, and preserve area history.

Ferrier's is a place with a continued, unique product selection.
