Starting next week, we put away our chicken wings and sirloin steak. Replacing them with fish and vegetables. It's the start of lent. However, this year may be a little different.

Inflation raised prices - setting businesses back on getting certain items. Since fish fries are common during lent, Americo E Rocco, manager of Erie county farms, already sees people come in to buy fish. He says his prices have increased by 12 percent a pound. Despite the price hikes, his fish sells out faster than the supply coming in. Every week Rocco's prices fluctuate. He tries his hardest to keep them stable for his customers.
