Erie's Cathedral Prep hosted its final graduation as an all-boys Catholic school on Sunday.

The graduating seniors processed into the Warner Theatre with all wearing their traditional white dinner jackets.

In this final class at Prep, 85 students received their high school diplomas.

Bishop Lawrence Persico presided over the graduation and conferred the diplomas. Charles Rutkowski from the class of 1922 served as master of ceremonies.

The Prep grads heard messages from their peers with themes including from boys to brothers, forever anchored in faith and rougher seas make stronger men.

Members of the class of 1972 were at the ceremony to mark their 50th anniversary.

They all sang "Roll, Ramblers, Roll," the Cathedral Prep fight song Loyal and True.
