Breakfast with a smile is not part of a tradition at Dabrowski's in Lawrence Park.

Longtime employee Rick Dabrowski enjoys the give and take with his customers.

He tells them, "the attitude is free of charge."

His parents started the business and his sister Joyce runs the daily operation.

His mother Dorothy, now 95, remains the owner and still eats at the restaurant a few days a week.

A regular breakfast group of former General Electric employees, fill one table and they enjoy the menu options.

G.E. Retiree Rick Carr told Erie News Now, "before and after work, I use to come here all the time and I always enjoy the potato pancakes."

The restaurant is located on 4003 Main Street.

It's open Monday-Saturday from 7:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.
