Erie Police have a warning for parents about the dangers of buying Orbeez guns for children.
Police say two men have been driving around the city, shooting unsuspecting pedestrians with a type of pellet called Orbeez.
Yesterday, police arrested one person for the drive-by incidents, and they're looking for his passenger who was also involved.
The water-filled pellets often don't hurt people badly, but shooting them at people is still a crime.
On top of that, police say the pellet guns are weapons, and pulling them on someone may result in them pulling a real gun on you, so police say parents are better off not buying the pellet guns for their children.

"As a parent and having children and having had young children, I would say absolutely not," said Deputy Chief William Marucci. "It's not a good idea to buy these Orbeez guns, because they're only going to get children in trouble or possibly hurt."

Police ask that if you know anything about an Orbeez gun incident or were shot at yourself, call their non-emergency number at 814-870-1120 and report the incident.
