An Erie man will not spend any additional time behind bars on federal charges for illegal possession of a gun, the U.S. Department of Justice announced Wednesday.

He has been incarcerated since his arrest Feb. 16, 2021.

Raggs possessed a firearm Jan. 12, 2021, while being a convicted felon, which is prohibited under federal law.
