With just five days until Election Day, Pennsylvania's acting Secretary of State is encouraging residents voting by mail to hand-deliver their ballots to their county election office instead of relying on the post office.

Because time is running out, Leigh Chapman said mail-in voters should get those ballots to a drop box or other designated location as soon as possible to make sure their vote is counted.

More than 1.4 million Pennsylvania voters asked for a mail-in ballot this year.
