Man Charged with Attempted Homicide for Firing Gun at Roommate in Millcreek Township
Police have charged a man with attempted homicide for firing a gun at his roommate Thursday, according to Millcreek Township Police.
Officers were called to the 2300 block of W. 32nd St. for a gun being fired just before noon.
The victim told police his roommate, identified as Ronald Haggerty Jr., fired a shotgun towards him inside the residence.
Haggerty took off after the incident but returned a short time later and was arrested without incident, police said.
He was arraigned on charges including attempted homicide, aggravated assault and recklessly endangering another person and sent to the Erie County Prison on $250,000 bond.
