Gas line repair work will close part of Millfair Rd., which is located on the Millcreek-Fairview Township line, on Wednesday, Nov. 9.

It will be closed near W. 38th St. in the area of the bridge crossing Walnut Creek from 9 a.m. to approximately 2 p.m.

The drives of heavy vehicles are being asked to avoid using Old Sterrettania Rd.

Afterwards, traffic will return to a single lane as crews continue repairs, which are expected to last through Nov. 15.
