Flagship Niagara League Executive Director and Tall Ships Erie Co-Chair, Captain Billy Sabatini is being recognized as Sail Trainer of the Year by Tall Ships America. 

Captain Sabatini was recognized at Tall Ships America's 50th Anniversary Awards Ceremony.

The award acknowledges an individual who has made a significant contribution to sail training through leadership, quality programming, empowerment, and inspiration.
