Local McDonald's Restaurants Raise Money for Ronald McDonald House Charities of Erie
Last month, McDonald's restaurants in the area raised money for Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) of Erie.
Participating locations raised $13,311 by selling paper hearts that were autographed by customers and displayed in the McDonald's.
This was part of McDonald's annual Give a Little Love Campaign. The money raised will benefit the Erie chapter of RMHC. RMHC awards grants to local non-profits for programs that directly supports children.
Last year, RMHC of Erie donated $100,000 to the expERIEnce Children's Museum.
