For the eighth straight year, Sheetz was named one of this year's 100 Best Companies to Work For by Fortune and Great Places to Work. 

The list recognizes companies that have exceptional workplace cultures. Sheetz is ranked 58th on this year's list. 

In order to determine who would be on the list, Great Place to Work surveyed Sheetz employees and gathered information about company culture.

This included finding out how trustworthy, caring, and fair the company is in times of crises, employees' physical, emotional, and financial health, and the company's broader community impact. 

Additionally, the recognition comes after Sheetz announced its looking to hire 2,000 employees company-wide.
