Corry Man Charged for Selling Stolen Tractor
Troopers have charged a Corry man for selling a stolen tractor, according to Pennsylvania State Police.
The investigation started March 14.
Richard Livingston, 32, took the tractor to Sparta Township, Crawford County address where he sold it to another man for $200, state police said.
The original owner contacted the man who just purchased the tractor to notify him it was stolen, and the tractor was returned, according to troopers.
Livingston faces charges for theft by deception.
