Kids at Perry Elementary School in Erie started their day by getting to look inside some big trucks.

There were a bunch of different trucks for kids to look at. They had police cars, an ambulance, an Army truck, and a national fuel truck.

This was the school's first ever Truck Day. It was for students in Pre-K through second grade.

Truck Day gave students the chance to learn more about these vehicles, and the jobs of the people that use them.

"Just having everyone here, and having the kids be able to come out and see their faces whenever they look and see all those trucks lined up," said Trent Bashline, Guidance Counselor. "I think they're going to go nuts."

This happened one day after the school had a job fair for the older students, this way everyone learned about jobs in a way that fit them.
