Millcreek and Fairview Township have named the loop inside the Millfair Recycling Center after Judy Zelina.

Judy Zelina retired as CRS director in early 2023. She grew the Department of Community Relations and Sustainability for over two decades. 

Zelina oversaw the Millfair Recycling Center during her long career. She continues to volunteer at the center. 

The street signs were unveiled on May 20, after the Millfair Special Collection community recycling event. One sign was produced by Millcreek and the other was made by Fairview Township.
