City of Titusville to Open Splash Pads Memorial Day Weekend

The City of Titusville is opening up its Splash Pad for Memorial Day weekend.
The Splash Pad will open on Saturday, May 27. The pads will be open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily.
The Splash Pads are free to the public.
