Hall of Famer Fred Biletnikoff Returns to Erie

It's a big return home for a former Erie High School football standout, who made it all the way to the Pro Football Hall of Fame.
Fred Biletnikoff graduated from what was then Tech Memorial High School back in 1961. The school is called Erie High today.
Fred is coming home on Wednesday, as part of a busy time in Erie. He's got an autograph session set for Wednesday night at the Bullfrog Bar on Peach Street.
It's all about raising money for the Biletnikoff Field Restoration Project over at the field Fred used to play on. That session at Bullfrogs is a ticketed event, but they say they'll allow walk-ins if there's room.
He's also scheduled to throw out the first pitch at the Erie SeaWolves game on Thursday.
Biletnikoff went on to a long career for the Raiders in the NFL. He was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame back in 1988.
