Man, Woman Banned from Pa. Casinos for Leaving 5 Kids in Vehicle at Presque Isle Downs & Casino
A man and woman have been banned from all Pennsylvania casinos for leaving five children in a vehicle while gambling, according to the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board on Wednesday.
Both are accused of leaving five children - ages 2, 4, 5, 11 and 13 - unattended in a vehicle in the Presque Isle Downs & Casino parking lot for 35 minutes while they gambled on slot machines.
Adults are not allowed to leave minors unattended in the parking lot or garage, a hotel or other venues at a casino because "it creates a potentially unsafe and dangerous environment for the children," according the the Gaming Control Board.
