It's been four days since we celebrated Memorial Day, but a World War II Veteran from Salem, Ohio, hasn't been forgotten.

The late Howard A. Tibbs, a member of the Tuskegee Airmen, now has the local Post-Office in Salem named after him.

We featured Mr. Tibbs earlier this year during our weekly segment, "Remember Our Veterans."

Two of Mr. Tibbs four sons attended the ceremony.

Philip Tibbs has spent years seeking this honor for his father.

He was joined by many family members and friends, enjoying this recognition for his dad.

The Post-Office is located on 275 Penn Ave. in Salem, Ohio.

In 2007, Mr. Tibbs received the U.S. Congressional Gold Medal.
