Pennsylvania State Police have identified the man who was killed in a rollover crash in Fairview Township Friday afternoon.

It happened in the 6900 block of W. Ridge Rd., which is west of Polly Rd., around 4 p.m.

The driver - Joseph Manzi, 46, of Fairview - was traveling east on W. Ridge Rd. when he tried to avoid a stopped car waiting to make a left turn into CSI Industries, according to investigators.

Manzi, who was driving a 1974 Ford Bronco, swerved into the right lane, lost control of the vehicle and went off the road, state police said.

The vehicle hit a small embankment, causing it to go airborne before landing, rolling over and ejecting Manzi, according to troopers.

Manzi was not wearing a seat belt and suffered fatal injuries.
