The Duran's Down Home Days runs through the weekend in Waterford and there are plenty of different things for you to do.

"This is a community event to help raise money for a local charity in our community," said Jessica Dorman, Media Manager for Duran's Down Home Days.

The money raised benefits Paula's Promise. Paula Cousins said the money will be used to, "help various cancer patients with any types of cancer."

Cousins said raising the money is a cause that is close to her heart. "I was personally diagnosed with cancer in 2018, I lost a sister to cancer and my father just passed right before Christmas of cancer and I have another sister battling breast cancer right now as well," Cousins said.

Duran's Down Home Days goes from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Saturday and 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Sunday.
