The Sunset Drive-in out in Waterford is celebrating its 75th Anniversary this month.

The drive-in opened in June of 1948.

To celebrate, the Sunset Drive-in said it will be hosting a triple feature on Friday, June 9th.

The drive-in will be playing the Westerner with Gary Cooper. The owners of the drive-in said this was the first movie ever played at the drive-in theatre.

Before the Westerner, the drive-in will show The Little Mermaid and The Boogeyman.

Gates open at 7 p.m. and the movie will start at dusk. Admission is $9 for those 12 and up, $4 for 7-11, and those 6 and under get in for free.

The Sunset Drive-in only accepts cash.
