The Wm. T. Spaeder Company has acquired Lake City Power Systems. The generator sales and service company was founded in 2001. 

Wm. T. Spaeder said Lake City Power Systems' full service offering complements and further expands its existing electrical contracting services and supports the company's growth trajectory. 

Existing Lake City clients will receive uninterrupted service during this transition.
