Doors are opening at 2 p.m. for this year's Erie Comicon.

Visitors will enjoy a plethora of booths, vendors, exhibits, and seminars.

Brick Erie is making its return, with spectacular LEGO creations scattered all across the convention center. Several celebrity special guests will be available for autographs and photo-ops as well. Anyone looking for a break from shopping and talking can stop to play games-- whether they be online, vintage arcade, or physical board games and cards.

The convention runs Friday from 2-7pm, Saturday from 10am-7pm, and Sunday from 11am-4pm. Tickets can be bought online for a discount or at the door.

Our Kara Jeffers talked with Mark Concilla with Erie Promotions who organized the convention.

She was also able to chat with Mel Brown, a LEGO Master enjoying his second time at the Erie Comicon.
