The final phase of construction on the roundabout in downtown Warren is underway and officials state that it should be completed within 2 to 3 weeks. Locals are having mixed reactions.

“Well I think the whole thing is a little silly," said Mike Reams, Warren Resident. "But I think it came together really good and it might be useful.”

A class on roundabout safety was offered to residents in August. 

“I heard about someone driving around the wrong way while they were still working on it. They started trying to go around counterclockwise," said Geneva Mangis, Warren Resident. "There are a lot of older folks here so they are not used to something."
