LATEST: The phone issue has been resolved.

Technical difficulties are causing phone issues at Allegheny Health Network medical practices in Erie County, according to an announcement Tuesday morning.

The phone lines are currently down, and technicians are reportedly working on the problem.

AHN representatives said they expect the phone lines to be back up shortly.

UPDATE: This issue originated with Spectrum, which provides phone services for AHN.  While some practices have phone service restored, patients may still experience issues with others. Spectrum is working on the problem.
