Troopers Investigate Attempted Burglary at Summit Township Business

Pennsylvania State Police are investigating an attempted burglary at a Summit Township business, according to Pennsylvania Crime Stoppers.
Troopers responded to a burglar alarm at The Exchange, which is located at 7100 Peach St., on Sept. 15 around 1:25 a.m.
They discovered the man in the photos attempted to break in with a crowbar or similar tool and burglarize the business, investigators said.
A burglar alarm went off, and the suspect took off on a mountain bike, according to state police.
No merchandise was stolen, but the business's door was damaged, troopers said.
The suspect appears to be a man with prescription glasses who was wearing a dark-colored jacket and cargo pants, according to investigators. The suspect was also wearing a backpack and had a dark-colored mountain bike with a basket attached to the back.
