It was a historic day for the Performing Arts Collective Alliance (PACA) located along State Street in Erie.

An official dedication and ribbon-cutting event was held there Monday, October 9 for the newly installed historically accurate doors in the theater and community arts center. The doors were dedicated in memory of Kristopher Rodland.

Erie Mayor Joe Schember hosted the event. A bronze plaque for the National Historic Register was also unveiled for PACA.

Additionally, PACA also introduced a new, first-floor tenant, Legends Furniture LLC, an internationally recognized fine furniture manufacturing company and retail outlet.

The furniture store will join several other businesses in the same building.
