A new café in Millcreek held its grand opening event on Monday.

Casa Café Mexican Bakery held its grand opening ceremony and ribbon cutting on Monday. The business is located at the former Dairy Queen on West 26th Street in Millcreek. 

The business plans to serve Mexican-styled baked goods. The business is Erie's first Mexican bakery, according to the owners. 

The business is now open and operates during the following hours: 

  • Monday: Closed
  • Tuesday-Saturday: 7am to 4pm
  • Sunday: 8am to 3pm
