Police have charged a teen with involuntary manslaughter and two other juveniles in the fatal shooting of an 18 year old in the City of Erie on Tuesday.

Shemek Clements 17, was charged as an adult with involuntary manslaughter, two counts of aggravated assault, firearms violations, possession of an instrument of crime and reckless endangerment.

Two other 17 year olds will be charged with juvenile allegations for firearms-related charges.

Officers were called for reports of gunfire around 9:30 p.m. at a home in the 400 block of Lighthouse St.

An 18-year-old man died from a gunshot wound to the neck, according to Erie County Coroner Lyell Cook after an autopsy Wednesday. His name had not been released as of Wednesday afternoon.
