Davis Country Kitchen and Coffee Shoppe at Colt Station will be closing on January 31, 2024. 

The business made the announcement via Facebook post on Tuesday, Jan. 23. 

Owners of the business said it has been an absolute honor serving the community over the past 8 years, but will be closing the book on the business at the end of January. 

The business shared the following statement:

To our loyal customers: With very mixed emotions and sadness, we announce our closing. It has been an absolute honor serving you over these past 8 years. As we begin our ninth year, our family has decided to distance ourselves from the restaurant. At the end of business on January 31, 2024 we will be closing the books on Davis Country Kitchen. Stephen, Julie, Liz and I are grateful for all the fond memories
We are hopeful that in the coming days we will be able to announce a reopening under new management. We express our sincere gratitude to every single customer who has walked into our “home” over these past 8 years. We are NOT saying goodbye, we are just stepping aside so we can spend more time with our family and grandchildren.
