Expected Beer Sale for Super Bowl Weekend
With the Super Bowl weekend getting closer, beer distributors like Beer and Pop Discount Warehouse are expecting more sales and at a great time to help business.
“It's great coming off of January, which is a slow month, especially with January for a lot of people being a detox month. . . We always get a great jump in sales,” owner of Beer and Pop Discount Warehouse Peter Sirianni said.
Owner of Peach Street Beer 4 Less, Joe Rinderle said over the past couple of years, he's noticed fans preferring to stay home for the big game, which has helped sales.
“They're getting more of their own things, and then depending on who is coming over, they're getting a variety of different things. That’s in the last couple of years that we've been able to sell the six packs. That's helped us out a lot because now we can sell different packages to different people for their taste,” Rinderle said.
Rinderle said they're also expecting customers to buy a variety of drinks beyond just beer.
“They're going to go for the big packages. The 30 packs of your domestic beers, but then you're going to get the wine coolers and the seltzers, everyone is going to be going after,” Rinderle said.
