An Erie woman is looking for hope, help and answers, after vandals destroyed the Little Free Pantry near her home.

Raegin Irwin helps stock the Little Free Pantry on the 800 block of West 8th Street in Erie. But recently, someone dumped all the food on the ground, smashed in the windows, then knocked the structure down entirely.

Irwin says its discouraging to see someone target what's supposed to be an act of kindness. Irwin says she's already received offers to help rebuild and restock the pantry.

She says the good that came from the incident almost made up for the bad.
